Interesting facts for your stay at Feldhof
- On the day of arrival, your booked accommodation will be available from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 a.m.
- Pets are only accepted upon request. Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet and understand that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room or directly at the pool. There is a separate lawn area for pets.
- The statutory local tax is €3.30 per day and per person aged 14 and over. The local tax supports public transportation and the municipality of Schenna.
- Guests staying in our hotel rooms receive a varied breakfast buffet. Apartment guests are welcome to add breakfast to their stay.In the afternoon, we are happy to offer coffee, cake or ice cream.In the evening, from Monday to Saturday, we prepare delicious à la carte dishes for you (please order by 5:00 p.m.).Our bar is open daily, except Sundays, until 10:30 p.m. and is available for you to enjoy a drink.
- We have a beautiful bicycle storage room that is locked in the evening. You are welcome to safely store your bicycles there during your stay.
- There are two charging stations for electric cars. For a small fee per kWh, you can conveniently charge your car on site.
- Something can happen even before your trip begins. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself financially in case you are unable to start your trip, can only start it later, or have to leave early. Play it safe and take out insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung here!
- Our little guests can enjoy a lovely swing and seesaw, as well as a trampoline behind the house. There is also a table tennis table and a table football table.
- A 30% discount applies to extra beds in fully occupied rooms.
- Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents’ room. For children between 3 and 14 years of age, a 50% discount applies when staying in their parents’ room.
- For the entire duration of your stay, you will have access to a spacious parking area for your car, similar to the parking facilities in Schenna.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
- The bill can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, credit card or EC/debit card.
- Our property has an elevator that provides convenient access to the upper floors.
- At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer. In the event of cancellation, this amount will remain in full with the accommodation provider.The remaining balance is payable on site.
- Rooms: Room prices are per person per day and include a breakfast buffet, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. For short stays, a 10% surcharge is applied.Apartments: Apartment prices are per day for 2 people. A surcharge applies for each additional person aged 3 and over. Breakfast can also be added for an additional charge.
- Upon request, we also prepare vegan, vegetarian and allergy-friendly dishes. Please inform us in advance if required.
- We are certified with the Level 2 Sustainability Label. The South Tyrol Sustainability Label recognizes businesses for their commitment and responsible practices.Our roof is equipped with photovoltaic and solar panels. In order to operate sustainably, we strive to generate as much of our own energy as possible. A water tank collects rainwater, which is used to irrigate the outdoor areas. Thanks to the many sunny days in Schenna, this system works very well.Waste is carefully separated into glass, cardboard, paper, plastic bottles, household waste and organic waste.At the breakfast buffet, we deliberately avoid packaging materials.
